After hearing from the doctor that things had to change or my health was at risk, I knew things had to change. Balancing a career and all my other roles, left little time to take care of myself. I made it my mission to find practices I could integrate into my busy day, whether I had an hour or only minutes to spare. I also discovered surprising places I could integrate them into my hectic schedule
